Hon'ble CM has instructed that all DM should hold a meeting with CMO and all responsible officers in command centre, today night. They must review 

1. Whether house to house survey team is doing their duty as per instructions 

2. They must try to identify all suspected person and those with symptoms of ILI/SARI. At present less than 0.1 person are being identified per team. 

3. Whether all identified suspected patients have been tested. There has been reports of laxity in testing suspected person. 

4. If a suspected person is tested positive then their contacts should also be tested for covid within 24 hours. 

5. All ACMO and DyCMO were to be assigned specific duty. Are they doing duty as per their assigned task. 

6. All positive person should be contacted within 24 hours and all those who are to be shifted in covid hospital should be admitted without delay, Similarly all those who are to be put in home isolation should be visited by RRT (Rapid response team) and must be briefed on home isolation protocols. 

7. All patients in home isolation should be contacted by command centre on a daily basis. 

8. Surveillance team should be reactivated and all those coming from outside district should be monitored for symptoms. 

9. All deaths happening in covid hospitals should be analysed. There shouldn't be any delay in treatment. 

10. You must make sure that all those tested give their corrscfmobile number and address so that no one is left untracked after bring positive. 

11. CMO and wherever necessary DM should hold meeting with IMA and Nursing home association on regular basis. They must be briefed on treatment protocols. 

12. Ambulance service should be ensured for every patient.
